If you are from other countries, please contact me before purchase.It may be free shipping too.we need to check the address with our shipping company.

Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on SlabstudioHongKong.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be provided to you. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to order.

Remember,at the beginning of shipping ,there are no tracking number .After the product arrived at your local country warehouse,we will provide to you as soon as possible.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico.

All shipping times listed above are approximate and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible. However, due to the fact that delivery times may be affected by sea freight and/or shipping solutions providers, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated. Mostly, we will provide fast sea freight in shipping.it is different from slow sea freight.

Curbside Delivery

We provide Curbside Delivery for large item, Curbside Delivery is also known as Threshold Delivery. This is our standard delivery method and is included when you purchase any item from us. During this shipping method, your items will arrive assembled in their factory boxes. The freight company will deliver your items to your carport or entryway, and you will be responsible for getting them into your residence or business. Since furniture is heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or family member. 

If you are ordering a very large or/and heavy item, please keep in mind that you need someone to help to move it.

You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time, and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home if necessary. Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.

Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended.

Upon Delivery

All customers are required to sign a bill of lading/delivery receipt upon delivery.the driver will require the customer to sign a physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.

Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered, please, note the damages on the bill of lading or delivery receipt.

Important: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, *please take photos on package and notate the damage to the item(s) and the case/box(s) in detail on the bill of lading/delivery receipt and contact us.

If this occurs outside of our business hours please contact us on the next business day.We will communicate it in replacement or refund for you.

At the time of delivery, buyers are responsible for the following delivery conditions:

It is critical that the customer note (in their own words) on the driver’s a bill of lading/delivery receipt any condition to the box/case before they inspect the product and accept the shipment.

If the box/case shows ANY SIGNS of carrier mishandling: hole(s), crushed corners, dents, worn tops, bottoms or edges, scraping, dirt, etc. the customer must note the exact description of each box/case on the physical inspection report in delivery receipt/ bill of lading.In additional,please take photos on package.

Once customer notes the condition of the box(s), they should inspect the product.

*Remember, the cost of furniture is high, please spend more time to open the box(S) or case for checking.*

If upon further inspection the customer notices major or unacceptable levels of damage to the product, they can then sign the delivery receipt and/or physical inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGE", and give a detailed description of damage witnessed . Or reject the product back to shipping company.And please take photos on damaged part on products again and send to us.Once you accept the delivery, this means that you accept that the furniture is partially damaged and accept our damaged/defective proposal.It does not have full refund on furniture.

Following previous orders,we are successfully finished on 90% of shipping.There are no special issue needed to do.No damage,No loss.

Defective/damage proposal

If a defect/damage is discovered and confirmed, SlabstudioHongKong will replace the defective/damage part at no cost to the buyer. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be authorized, or after the return is completed, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.A partial refund will be accept in this condition.Or invite a carpentry to repair the furniture,we will pay it.

*Concealed Damage*

It is the buyer’s full responsibility to thoroughly inspect an item before signing and accepting delivery. If damage is discovered after signing for delivery without any notation, SlabstudioHongKong will not be responsible for any refund,replacement or return.

Change an address, need storage or need second delivery service(reject to receive the products in any reason.)

If you need to change your shipping address ,storage in warehouse or need second delivery service, there is an additional charge. SlabstudioHongKong will not charge you any fees or pay for it, so the fee will be collected by your local shipping company. We provide a trucking number and name of shipping company, and you can also communicate directly with them for additional information.

According to past experience, the cost of changing an address, storage in warehouse is not cheap.Each country and shipping company has different charges, it is difficult to give you an exact amount.For example, changing an address will be charged USD 400 to customer for a cabinet in US country.

Therefore,Please take extra care when placing orders to ensure that all details are correct.
